After more than 4 years of experience in the field of CO2 installations, at Host 2019 Sincold will present an important innovation: R477a refrigeration units for the autonomous cooling of blast chillers for trolley. Undoubtedly an efficient alternative to the connection to central refrigeration systems.

NEW USER INTERFACE

The new 7" full-touch controller, available in all languages is equipped with automatic cycles and a complete recipe book, guaranteeing perfect results even for the less experienced user.

But the real innovation is represented by the new functions, which allow the use of the blast chiller in moments when it was unthinkable with a traditional blast chiller:

- Automatic Cook & Chill and controlled Thawing, ideal for night shifts;
- Hot and cold holding function to be used during the service;
- Leavening with immediate or programmable cycles.

WI-FI CONNECTION

Thanks to the new WI-FI connection it is now possible the remote diagnostics of the device status, which leads to reduce technical assistance times thanks to a quickiest identification of malfunctions. For this reason, the machine meets the requirements of the 4.0 technologies.
