Chef Marcello Fabbri selects ingredients with great care, constantly seeking fresh high quality in season products. In his 50-seats gourmet restaurant in Weimar Marcello turned to us and chose model MXT5.20, a counter-height appliance that perfectly aligns to his kitchen.


Mesoo company in Pordenone, Italy has launched the brilliant idea of distributing tiramisu as a soft ice cream. Careful cooling processes that preserve the freshness of tiramisu made it possible to distribute one of the greatest local recipes throughout Europe. For non-stop daily production, Mesoo has chosen two SQX14FT.50 models, heavy-duty appliances with manual insertion and high production capacities.


In the area of Steinkjer, Norway, Enhet Ernæring developed an efficient meals production&distribution system which allows to hundreds of families to benefit from meals home-delivery service. The 100-kilowatt transcritical CO2 system installed, feeds five SINCOLD blast chillers for trolley: two SQX20FT.100 for freezing and three SQXW20FT.200 for blast chilling.
